This project is an interior renovation with associated patio and deck improvements. The primary scope focused on a kitchen renovation to improve functionality and strengthen connections to the home’s main living areas. Additional interior work included the creation of a mudroom and home office within the existing footprint, along with broader building upgrades and window replacements.

The kitchen was expanded into the former dining room, allowing the dining area to shift into the adjacent sunroom. This reorganization created space for a more efficient kitchen layout, a central island, and a casual eat-in area. Locating the mudroom and office within the existing basement-level garage required reconfiguring the stair layout to better support circulation.

Outdoor improvements include a new deck extending from the living room that connects to a fully renovated lower patio with updated layout, pavers, and retaining walls. The project is currently out to bid, with construction anticipated to begin in March 2026.
