Bridget Ridenour
Bridget is a licensed architect with over 15 years of experience leading residential and interior-focused design projects, as well as select commercial and mixed-use work. She currently serves as Director of Architecture at Alloy Workshop, where she leads the design studio within a design-build environment, overseeing multiple concurrent projects from schematic design through construction documentation.
Bridget’s professional background includes work at HOK, 1100 Architect, and Robinson + Grisaru Architecture, along with design leadership roles in both design-build and in-house environments. Her residential experience includes high-end renovations, custom interiors, and complex home additions, informed by a broader foundation in workplace, mixed-use, and retail projects. Shaped by her Midwestern upbringing in Minnesota, her design approach is grounded in minimalism and restraint, with an emphasis on natural materials, functional spaces, and a strong connection to the outdoors.
Bridget holds a Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional.
